Nate Stone has taught a variety of grades at independent schools for over eleven years. Quickly observing the importance of ingraining the love of learning in his students at an early age, Nate began seeking new ways to better engage all students. Along his teaching journey, he has created and invented over 50 original games and game shows to better bring his classroom to life. His students and peer teachers have nicknamed him “The Game Master.” Nate continues to invent new games on a regular basis and has put student engagement at the core of his teaching philosophy.
Nate has had a busy 2017, presenting his ideas at the Ottercation Conference and St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in the spring and presenting about game show creation via an AIMS workshop this November.
